Features
How does QR code registration work?
Each library gets a unique QR code. Students simply scan the code with their phone camera, fill in their details (name, phone, course, etc.), and submit. You receive an instant notification and can approve or reject the registration from your dashboard. No paperwork needed!
What is multi-shift management?
Multi-shift management allows you to create different time slots (Morning, Afternoon, Evening, Night, 24 Hours, etc.) with separate pricing. Students can book seats for specific shifts, and you can track attendance and revenue per shift.
Can I manage multiple library branches?
Yes! Librify Premium supports multi-branch management. You can manage multiple library locations from a single dashboard, each with its own shifts, seats, students, and settings.
Does Librify manage books?
No. Librify is focused on managing study spaces, not book catalogs. It's designed for libraries where students come to study with their own books - managing seat bookings, subscriptions, and student attendance.
What payment methods does Librify support?
Librify supports all major payment methods including UPI, credit/debit cards, net banking, and cash payments. All transactions are automatically tracked in your dashboard with detailed reports.

Librify offers flexible pricing: Free Trial (test all features), Basic Plan (₹999/month - essential features), Premium Plan (₹2,999/month - multi-branch support, advanced analytics), and Custom Enterprise plans for large library chains.
Is there a free trial?
Yes! Get a 14-day free trial with full access to all features. No credit card required. Cancel anytime.
Can I upgrade or downgrade my plan?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade your plan anytime from your dashboard. Changes take effect immediately and billing is prorated.
Are there any hidden charges?
No hidden charges! What you see is what you pay. All features mentioned in your plan are included in the price.

How long does it take to set up Librify?
You can set up Librify in just 10-15 minutes! Create your account, add library details, set up shifts and seats, generate your QR code, and you're ready to start accepting students.
Do you provide onboarding support?
Yes! We provide free onboarding support including video tutorials, documentation, and live chat support to help you get started smoothly.
Can I import my existing student data?
Yes! You can bulk import student data using Excel/CSV files. Our support team can help you with the migration process.
What happens to my data if I cancel?
You can export all your data (students, subscriptions, payments) anytime. Even after cancellation, you'll have access to export your data for 30 days.

Is my data secure?
Yes! We use industry-standard encryption and security measures. Your data is stored securely on cloud servers with daily backups. We comply with Indian data protection regulations.
Can I access Librify on mobile?
Yes! Librify is fully mobile-responsive and works seamlessly on all devices - smartphones, tablets, and desktops. Both you and your students can access it from anywhere.
Do I need to download an app?
No! Librify works directly in your web browser - no downloads needed. However, you can add it to your phone's home screen for quick access.
What if I lose internet connection?
Librify requires internet to work. However, we recommend keeping a backup of critical data. Most areas in India have stable internet connectivity now.

What support do you provide?
We provide 24/7 support via live chat, email (librifyin@gmail.com), and WhatsApp. Plus video tutorials, documentation, and FAQ guides. Premium users get priority support with faster response times.
How quickly do you respond to support requests?
We aim to respond within 4 hours for free users and within 1 hour for premium users. Most queries are resolved in the first response.
Do you provide training for my staff?
Yes! We provide free online training sessions for you and your staff. For enterprise customers, we can arrange on-site training as well.

Is Librify available in Hindi?
Currently Librify is available in English. We're working on adding Hindi and other regional languages soon.
